Executive Chef Trustan Hamilton comes to us with over 20 years of restaurant experience, encompassing all roles in the kitchen. With a passion for farm-to-table local sourcing and bringing community products to his menus, he loves bringing fresh, local food to diners at Stripers Waterside. His resume encompasses restaurants of all sizes and cuisines. His cooking talents have also extended beyond the walls of a traditional kitchen after appearing in several episodes of "A Chef's Life" featured on PBS.
