Responsible for the overall orchestration of the Space Development Foundation's activities. Gary is a self-described synergistic technological philanthropist, entrepreneur, and serial venture capitalist who also serves as the President & CEO of Xtraordinary Innovative Space Partnerships, Inc. (XISP-Inc), a virtual enterprise focused on Cislunar Technology Development, Demonstration, and Deployment (TD**3) work. He received a NASA Group Achievement Award for the Robotic Systems Integration Standards Interface Design Review Team. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and a National Space Society (NSS) life member, Executive Director/CEO emeritus, Board of Directors member, the Administrator of the NSS United Nations NGO Delegation, and Director of Strategic Relationships. Gary's over 40 years of experience in space advocacy, space development, and as a robotic space systems engineer includes a wide range of robotic, space, and computer systems engineering projects.

Joseph's forty-four years of experience in USA federal and local government environmental protection, green remediation, and renewable energy program operations, and grants, contracts, and interagency agreement (IA) administration are guiding the development of cooperative, collaborative, and competitive agreements.
