The Tate County Economic Development Foundation promotes economic opportunity to bring new jobs, income and new businesses to Tate County, Senatobia and Coldwater. It actively markets Tate County to new residents, new businesses, tourists and visitors. It also is the economic and business hub of the Tate County area and promotes its members as the best places to do business in this area. The Tate County EDF also works to make Tate County the best place to live for its residents... Through our Senatobia Main Street organization, the Tate County Economic Development Foundation provides leadership and assistance for business development and community development projects concentrated in the historic downtown district of Senatobia. We encourage our citizens to buy local and keep dollars here at home, and we want to attract others to experience the highest level of quality of life in the traditional heart of our county seat.
