We are an industry resource site for professional talent, actors, dancers, singers, photographers, and businesses who may deal with talent agencies in the Tampa Bay area, as well as Florida. All Florida talent agencies are regulated businesses, and are only allowed to make money by referring talent into jobs. You do not have to go through an agency to have a professional career, nor do you have to go through an agency to find and book talent into your job. Talent agencies are a middleman, and are not the only way to work the industry.
