Prior to starting his own practice, Václav worked in total for more than nine years in reputable international law firm and two prominent Czech law firms. He provides complex legal advice in particular in the area of commercial law (acquisitions, commercial contracts and litigation, corporate law), project finance and has extensive experience in competition law. He studied law among other things in Germany and in the United Kingdom.
