Mark Bell

Mark has over 20 years of experience in Portfolio, Program and Project management and the associated alignment and management of IT projects to successfully implement business strategy. Mark is a MSP (Practitioner) and PRINCE2 (Practitioner) qualified manager, with an understanding of all aspects of portfolio delivery, including strategic alignment, governance, finance, resourcing, risk/issue management, vendor management, stakeholder engagement and actively affecting business change. Having implemented and managed delivery teams and developed the associated governance and reporting processes, Mark has worked with stakeholders at strategic levels (CIOs, CEOs, GMs) and can demonstrate excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills. Mark has a proven track record in successful hands-on project and program management.
