SYSTEM2C is a consulting and R&D platform founded by Dr. Ashwini K Otta. The entity is committed to high-quality consulting and project leadership as well as R&D through a network of highly qualified professionals with international and national experience. Dr. Otta studied Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering during his B.Tech degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (India), Coastal Engineering during his Master's degree at the Centre for Applied Coastal Research (CACR, U. of Delaware, DE, USA). Subsequently, he completed his doctoral research and degree from the same Centre.He worked as a lead consultant, R&D specialist and HEI Academician in internationally recognized institutes in the Netherlands, Denmark and the UK prior to starting on this journey.
