MARVIN McCOY BROCK, CEBS, Vice President of Team Financial Resources, is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. He works with design of Qualifed 401(k) plans and other employer retirement programs. He also works with clients on their investment plans. He has been associated with Delano R. Hill & Associates for over 19 years. Mr. Brock earned his CEBS, and is a Group Benefits Associate and Retirement Plans Associate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1987. He has earned a BA in Theology and a minor in psychology. Coy holds a FINRA securities registrations series 6, 63, & 65 and is a former member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.

ROBIN BEST, is our Vice President of Operations, and joined our team in 2004. Robin works in administrative duties in the area of Investments, Life Insurance and Qualified Plans. She assist in the ever growing area of paperwork and compliance in securities and life insurance that we provide for our clients. Prior to joining our team, Robin worked in the Property & Casualty insurance industry for over 10 years. She has been a member of the Wayne County Association of Insurance Women where she is a past president.
