EVA R. HILL, is the Corporate Secretary for Delano R. Hill & Associates, Inc. and Team Financial Resources, Inc. Mrs Hill has been with the firms for over 30 years. Mrs. Hill is licensed for Life and Health Insurance. Her duties include office manager, accounting, public relations, and customer service. Mrs. Hill is currently serving on the town Planning Board; a member of the National, State and Local Federation of Business and Professional Women (held State Committe Finance Chair and been local President for three terms); President of First United Methodist Women. She is also President of Area Churches in Action and Past President of the Area Chamber of Commerce.
LAURA H. STRICKLAND, MBA, RFC, President of Delano R. Hill & Associates and Team Financial Resources, specializes in Employer Group Health plans and corporate insurance policies. Mrs. Strickland holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from North Carolina State University.
Also a Masters in Business Administration from East Carolina University and has the designation of Registered Financial Consultant. Laura holds a FINRA securities registrations series 7 & 66. Laura is a member of the National Association Of Insurance And Financial Advisors. She has been with the firm since 1992.

MARVIN McCOY BROCK, CEBS, Vice President of Team Financial Resources, is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. He works with design of Qualifed 401(k) plans and other employer retirement programs. He also works with clients on their investment plans. He has been associated with Delano R. Hill & Associates for over 19 years. Mr. Brock earned his CEBS, and is a Group Benefits Associate and Retirement Plans Associate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1987. He has earned a BA in Theology and a minor in psychology. Coy holds a FINRA securities registrations series 6, 63, & 65 and is a former member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.

ROBIN BEST, is our Vice President of Operations, and joined our team in 2004. Robin works in administrative duties in the area of Investments, Life Insurance and Qualified Plans. She assist in the ever growing area of paperwork and compliance in securities and life insurance that we provide for our clients. Prior to joining our team, Robin worked in the Property & Casualty insurance industry for over 10 years. She has been a member of the Wayne County Association of Insurance Women where she is a past president.
