Dane Bennett

Job Titles:
  • Head Coach of Tiger Tennis, Kensington Lawn Tennis Club, Seymour College and Adelaide Course Presenter for the Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association ( ATPCA ) .
Dane grew up as one of South Australia's top junior players claiming a number of Junior Titles in Adelaide and country SA. He worked closely as a junior under the guidance of David Sanders, Roger Rasheed and Ray Woodforde. He continued to compete in National Championships around Australia and then toured the United States reaching semi finals and finals of tournaments in San Diego, San Francisco and Seattle. Dane is a Pembroke Old Scholar where he represented the college in the 'Memorial Drive' team from 1996 through to 2000. 2 years in a row Dane won the SA independent schools MVP award in the Drive's Division 1 comp. Dane has since represented his association in many inter-association tournaments and has also competed in Pennant and Div 1 senior competitions where he has been captain of 4 division 1 premierships. Over the last 20 years Dane has coached hundreds of South Australian children and adults, successfully taking them from beginner to club and tournament levels. Dane also has a passion for aviation and holds his private pilot license (PPL) within Australia.

Declan Laginestra

Job Titles:
  • Coach With the Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association
Declan is a qualified tennis coach with the Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association (ATPCA) with a 12 year extensive history of coaching entry level to advanced players in Australia and Europe. Declan leads by example to his students with having competed in SA State League competitions and professional club tennis in Germany. Declan is also a Primary School teacher in SA.

Emily Goold

Emily's passion and love for tennis started at a young age, representing the Burnside Tennis Club for more than 10 years. Emily won the 'Best Club Person' trophy in 2018 and 2019. Along Emily's tennis journey she channeled her passion for tennis into coaching. Emily is also a Seymour College Old Collegian who played in the Premier League Team and represented the college as Tennis Captain. Emily has since accumulated over 6 years of coaching experience with junior and adult players in South Australia. Additionally, Emily still plays competitively at a club level for the Seymour College Old Collegians which she started in 2021 and represents as the Club President.

Head Tennis

Job Titles:
  • Coach at Trinity College
Through 1996 to 2001 Rob trained at the Andres Gimeno Academy, Barcelona. During this time he competed on Tier 1 of the LTA British Tour Circuit and also in ITF Futures events around Europe, Australia and New Zealand. In 2002 Rob coached at the Esporta Devonshire Health and Racquets Club, England for 2 seasons before appointed manager where he organised Junior and Adult coaching programs along with club tournaments. When Rob moved to Australia in 2005 he took on the role of Head Tennis Coach at Trinity College where he created and established 'rascals tennis' as one of the most successful junior coaching programs in the Gawler area. He soon created close links with Tennis SA in delivering tennis coaching to the local schools, and in 2009, Campbelltown Tennis Club. In the 2012, 2013, 2020 seasons, Rob represented and won the premiership titles for Memorial Drive's Senior Division 1 team. Rob is not only well respected amongst the tennis community in SA as an elite coach but also leads by example as being amongst the top of our SA tennis competitors.

Luke Humphris

Luke's passion for tennis has ventured him all over Australia playing tournaments over a 10 year period. In 2017, Luke decided to channel his tennis passion into coaching and now holds his formal qualifications with the Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association (ATPCA). Luke has an extensive background working with junior and senior players in South Australia and Victoria. Luke is now a key coach for Tiger Tennis with conducting multiple school clinics and private lessons each term. Other interests of Luke include Formula 1 Racing and NBA.

Michael Pace

Michael holds his formal qualifications with the Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association (ATPCA) and is an integral member of the Tiger Tennis Team! Michael has grown up playing tournaments and club competitions in South Australia including the Junior State League in back to back seasons. Pace is a Rostrevor College Old Collegian where he represented the school in the ‘Drive Tennis' competition and won MVP awards in 2013 and 2016. Michael now holds a wealth of coaching experience working closely with juniors at Uraidla Tennis Club, Balhannah Tennis Club, Seymour College and holiday and Tiger Tennis Holiday Clinics. Additionally, Michael still plays competitively at club level where he has recently played in Division 1 men's competitions.

Warren McInnes

Warren is not only a qualified tennis coach through Tennis Australia and the Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association (ATPCA) but he also is a primary and secondary school teacher majoring in Physical Education with over 25 years experience. Warren's passion for tennis has taken him through four fruitful decades of enjoying competitive tennis in local and regional competitions. Warren's love for the game shows through his coaching and is an ideal coach for any child or Adult looking at improving their tennis game.
