He defends workers against wrongful termination, negotiates Collective Bargaining Agreements on behalf of Unions, and he is knowledgeable of the Affordable Health Care Act's impact on health insurance provided by Unions. Tom has successfully represented clients in Federal courts, and at the Florida Circuit and Appellate levels. Tom has represented teachers, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, teacher assistants, maintenance employees, iron workers, steel workers, plumbers, police officers, firemen and many other individuals who are members of their local unions.
