Dr Rowan Flanagan is a general practitioner with an interest in both cosmetic and skin cancer medicine. He has a keen aesthetic eye and steady hand focussing on anti-wrinkle and dermal filler injections. In the identification and treatment of skin cancer, he is skilled in both surgical and non-surgical methods of skin cancer management including excisions, cryotherapy and creams.
Rowan has also trained in paediatrics, emergency medicine, and exercise science and continues to apply these skills in general practice. This breadth provides Rowan with a variety of experience to consider your total care while focussing on the management of your skin and aesthetic needs.
When not practicing medicine, he enjoys going on adventures with his young and active family, snowboarding and playing sports.
Dr Aliaa Yusof is a cosmetic doctor and aesthetic trainer, who completed her degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Monash University. Her junior medical doctor training was spent in various surgical specialities but eventually followed her heart and passion which have led her to work in cosmetic medicine and hair restoration treatments.
Trained in advanced cosmetic treatment modalities and techniques, she often uses a combination of various treatment platforms for her patients and sees cosmetic medicine as a marriage of art and science. Her passion is reflected through her thorough consultations and detailed assessments, resulting in a treatment plan tailored for each patient.
Dr Aliaa truly values a holistic patient-oriented approach and advocates in building a trusting professional relationship with her patients. She believes that this industry is more than just the physical aspects of making patients look good, but rather empowering them to live up to their true potential in life.
Dr. Bronwen McGraw completed her Bachelor of Medicine through Monash University in 2002 and has worked in many areas including general practice and women's health. She has a keen aesthetic eye and as a result is able to create beautiful yet natural-looking results for her patients.

Dr Catherine Law is a general practitioner, also fluent in Mandarin, with an avid interest in women's and aesthetic medicine. Her aim is to empower her patients with knowledge on evidence based treatment so they make informed decisions about their appearance and health.
Dr Law is interested in all aspects of non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Her philosophy is to achieve natural results with the ‘less is more' approach and enjoys treating with anti-wrinkle injections, bio-remodelling injections and dermal fillers.
Skin care is also of keen interest to Dr Catherine Law, as she understands the importance of maintaining healthy skin for a youthful and healthy appearance.

Dr Gavin Chan is the founder of the Victorian Cosmetic Institute. He has a background in intensive care, anaesthesia, and emergency medicine. Since 2004, Dr Chan has provided cosmetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, liposuction, and laser treatments.
Dr. Natasha Moscato sees cosmetic medicine as an art as well as a science, and has a good eye and a steady hand for the creation of beauty. Well experienced in anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, she has a special interest in the use of dermal fillers to rejuvenate and shape the face, and injectable lip enhancement.

Dr. Sara Mullen is one of the most experienced cosmetic doctors at Victorian Cosmetic Institute. She has a background in general practice and has practiced exclusively in cosmetic medicine since 2007.
She has a keen interest in all aspects of cosmetic medicine, and in particular anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and overall non-surgical rejuvenation of the face.
She believes that cosmetic outcomes should be natural and enhancing, ultimately improving her patients sense of self and well-being. Sara is a great listener, and takes the time to understand your concerns to ensure treatment plans are tailored for each of her patients. She also has a great sense of humour and all who meet her find her highly relatable.
Dr. Talha Majoka is a cosmetic doctor with a passion for providing cosmetic treatments for his patients. He has a background in emergency medicine having worked both locally and throughout rural Australia. However, he found his true passion within cosmetic medicine, with a keen interest in anti-wrinkle and filler treatments.
Dr. Majoka has a unique insight into beauty and aesthetics, having spent many years in front of the camera himself within the modelling industry, both in Europe and at home in Australia. He is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
He believes that cosmetic medicine is an interplay of art and science, and understands the need to adapt to individual patient requirements.

Emily is a Registered Division 1 Nurse who completed her Nursing Degree through Monash University.
Emily is experienced in the fields of community, theatre, surgical, cosmetic and medical nursing with a keen passion for cosmetic medicine.
Her experience in the aesthetic nursing industry includes laser based therapies and cosmetic injections such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler. Emily practices with the ethos of empathy, careful facial assessment, a keen eye for symmetry and natural results. "Achieving high patient satisfaction and trust is the absolute reward and makes my role as a nurse worthwhile".
Emily also loves helping patients to develop home-based skin care regimes with the use of cosmeceutical skin products to complement and support their in clinic treatments.
Jenni is a Division 1 nurse, who studied at Deakin University. She has a wide range of experience in the medical, surgical and paediatric settings. Jenni worked in Emergency for 5 years before deciding to move into Cosmetics. Jenni loves interacting with the clients and is passionate about making her patients' experience at Victorian Cosmetic Institute worthwhile. Outside of work, Jenni also enjoys dancing. She has been committed to Calisthenics for over 20 years, competing herself, as well as coaching girls between the ages of 10-30 years old throughout the year.
Laura Cheung has been working as a neonatal intensive care nurse in Melbourne and London for 20 years. Her interest in skin was sparked on a rotation in the eczema ward at the Royal Children's Hospital and further by caring for an infant in Hong Kong utilizing both Eastern and Western treatments. She has gained post graduate qualifications in Dermal Therapy and has training in a variety of modalities including cosmetic injectables, laser and skin care products Laura's passion is not only to help clients look and feel their best but ultimately to provide individualised care that promotes beautiful and healthy skin. Her gentle touch from years of nursing premature babies ensures the treatment experience is a positive one.
Mariam studied at Victoria University and has been a qualified Beauty Therapist since 2011. Mariam is currently studying her Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapies.
When she is not working Mariam loves spending time with her young family, travelling, fitness, food and nature.
Having worked in laser clinics since 2013, Mariam has extensive experience in laser skin treatments.
Passionate about advanced skin therapies, Mariam loves to see before and after results of her patients and helping patients on their skin journey.

Monika is a Registered Division 1 nurse who is experienced in surgical, plastics, theatre and dermatology nursing. Monika has been with Victorian Cosmetic Institute since 2014, has experience in all aspects for the our treatments and has a strong passion for non-surgical rejuvenation and preventative cosmetic medicine.
Monika works together with her patients to establish a suitable treatment plan to achieve natural results. Patients are educated on cosmetic medicine throughout their journey and are made to feel comfortable during the treatment process which is an important part of the Victorian Cosmetic Institute experience.
Tayla has been in the beauty industry for many years, first studying at Elly Lukas Beauty Therapy College where she developed a passion for skin. Tayla also holds a Bachelor in Dermal Science.
Tayla is continually educated in skin treatments, and even spends her free time listening to skin-related podcasts! Otherwise she enjoys spending time at the beach (with SPF of course) with her dog.
