From that day, the enterprise is referred to as the Kazan Aggregate Plant Limited Liability Company (Kazan Aggregate Plant LLC). The remaining information about the company (BIN, TIN, address, bank details, etc.) remained the same. Such a change of name is not a reorganization, and therefore does not entail any legal consequences, except for the actual change of the name.
