Louis is Co-Founder and CTO of True Positive MD. He is one of the world's leading authorities on brain imaging and directs product development. He is currently a tenured Full Professor at McGill University in the departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Biomedical Engineering, and Medical Physics, and heads an active research lab in neuroimaging at the Brain Imaging Center of the Montreal Neurological Institute. He is also an associate member of the Center for Intelligent Machines and an associate member of the McGill Center for Studies on Aging.

He is concurrently tenured Full Professor in the Department of radiology and nuclear medicine at Université Laval (Quebec City, QC); FRQ-Santé Scientific Officer; Researcher at the CERVO Brain Research Center of the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Québec and Director of the Neuroimaging Platforms of the Consortium d'Imagerie en Neurosciences et santé mentale de Québec and the Canadian Consortium for Neurodegeneration and Aging.
