Being a skilled auditor and executive secretary, I am capable of finding creative, intelligent and sometimes surprising solutions in complex situations that demand a combination of experience and know how in the field of law, management, strategy and communications. Mastering several languages I can act as a project manager or project group member in the execution of international audits or the development of audit institutions. I am an official Haarlem city guide. Until 2018 I serves as a member/ vice-president of the Heemstede Appeal Commission... Having started my professional career in 1973 as a tax inspector at the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, in 1982 I joined the Dutch Supreme Audit Institution (Algemene Rekenkamer or Netherlands Court of Audit)... After a period as Senior Auditor I performed several management functions, being in charge of the audit bureaus at the ministries of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment/ Finance for Tax Affairs/ Economic Affairs.
