Dr. Denise Dennis is a peak performance coach, leadership trainer, and marketing automation strategist who is committed to helping people reach optimal performance in their lives, jobs, and businesses. She brings her unique perspectives gained from her 25+ years of experience in the fields of education, training, and coaching.
Dr. Dennis earned a doctorate in organizational psychology and she is an Emeritus Professor of Psychology, retiring after 20 years at Bloomfield College in New Jersey. Currently, she is the founder and CEO of ActionAccelerated, a marketing automation company that helps coaches automate their businesses so they can focus on coaching.

Ned Lipman is the former Director of the Office of Continuing Professional Education (OCPE) at Rutgers University's New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station, a position that he held for more than 30 years. Although he retired in 2013, Ned continues his active involvement with OCPE by teaching a number of continuing education courses, including Management Skills for Supervisors and Park Management and Liability Issues. He also teaches management and communication skills courses for aspiring turfgrass professionals at the Rutgers Professional Golf Turf Management School. He shares his expertise with workforce developing training grant recipients by providing engaging, customized courses on topics related to management, organizational leadership, credibility, trust, and more.
A lifelong educator, Ned's significant contributions to Rutgers extend beyond OCPE. He has many years of experience as a professor of microeconomics and marketing at the Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and has taught well more than 4,000 undergraduate students over the course of his career.
