We are a well established allied health service supporting people of all ages to achieve optimum health and wellness in their lives, with a particular focus on psycho-social wellbeing. The Vital Health & Wellbeing Centre was founded in 2014, initially providing services in southern Sydney, and since then expanding across NSW and beyond through a vigorous telehealth service. Our clients can access our services from anywhere in Australia and we endeavour to increase our support onto regional areas... The Vital Health & Wellbeing Centre offers psychology and counselling, diagnostic assessments, trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation, group therapy, diversional therapy, health education and more. Most our services are delivered online via telehealth. Our practice is based on a holistic, evidence based, person-centred approach.
