We are officially known as: "The Otago Branch of the New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters Inc." and were formed on the 9th August 1928 by Otago amateurs... We are a "Branch" of the parent body "The New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters Inc." which was formed in Auckland on 16th August 1926... As we are a Branch of our Parent body, we ask that all Members of our club be Members of NZART Inc. This is a constitutional requirement for our Executive Officers and Committee.
