With a degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Berry has over 20 years of real estate development and brokerage experience in Houston and surrounding areas. His vast knowledge and understanding of real estate development and how it applies to the individual needs of the end-user makes him invaluable to our clients in the planning and construction of a new facility. Mr. Berry's responsibilities include development pricing, project design and planning, construction coordination and client relations throughout the project.
A native Houstonian and avid outdoorsman, he spends the majority of his free time fishing and hunting the Texas Gulf Coast. Additionally, he is an active member of several conservation groups protecting our natural resources.

Cole Bercher serves as Associate of Welcome Realty Advisors, an affiliate of Welcome Group, LLC. Mr. Bercher joined Welcome Group in February of 2019 after receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. He is responsible for many aspects of Welcome Group's real estate services such as tenant representation, leasing, Build-to-Suit/Design Build procurement and land purchases.

Craig Wilson is executive vice president, COO and board member of Welcome Group, LLC, a real estate development firm specializing in single-tenant office buildings and industrial buildings including lab, warehouse and manufacturing facilities. He has extensive experience in industrial development and residential subdividing. He is also the joint venture partner in Kingham ∙ Dalton ∙ Wilson Ltd., a Design/Build construction affiliate of Welcome Holdings, LLC and is a director of River Oaks Financial Group, Inc.
Prior to joining Welcome Group, LLC in 1998, Mr. Wilson served as project manager for Lakewood Forest, a 700-lot subdivision in northwest Houston, Texas. Prior to managing Lakewood Forest, Mr. Wilson was managing director of Circle D Ranch Company, an acreage subdivision near Austin, Texas.
Mr. Wilson has served on the board for the Mission of Yahweh and is a Jack J. Valenti School of Communications founding board member.
At the University of Texas at Austin is where Mr. Wilson was president of the DKE fraternity. He also attended the Kellogg Institute of Northwestern University.
Craig Wilson is married to Lisa Lee Wilson; they both are native Texans and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.

Jenny Drago serves as a Financial Analyst at Welcome Group, LLC. Jenny joined the Welcome Group Team in 2020. She works directly with the Senior Vice President of Finance to assist in the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department. She also works to examine financial data to use her findings to help make informed business decisions. She graduated from Baylor University in May of 2020 with a double major in Real Estate Finance and Marketing. In her free time, Jenny enjoys going for a run and walking her dog at Memorial Park.
Kellye has over 25 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Welcome Group in 2020 Kellye has worked in the Construction and Energy Industries. In her current role, Kellye is responsible in preparing financial reports, reconciliations and daily accounting tasks.
In Kellye's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 24 years and their two daughters going to the family ranch and traveling to different beach destinations.

Lilliana is the Executive Administrator to the COO & EVP at Welcome Group, LLC. Lilliana is the primary point of contact and provides high-level support for the COO & EVP, such as receiving calls, scheduling meetings, managing requests, and other office duties. She graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in business foundation as well.
Lorraine has over 20 years in the field of accounting, having worked in a variety of industries-construction, engineering, healthcare, hospitality and tax. She was born & raised in New York but has also resided in North Carolina and Tennessee before moving to Texas in 2005. Lorraine has a Bachelor's degree from UNC-Charlotte and was the President and CEO of her own construction company in Nashville. She is responsible for the daily accounting processes at Welcome Group and works closely with the Controller in preparing financial statements and audit materials.
Lorraine volunteers with S.I.R.E. in Hockley and supports Autism Awareness and the ASPCA.

Mark is The Assistant Property Manager for Welcome Group, LLC. Mark is in control of managing properties, monitoring tenant issues, and assisting in the Marketing division of Welcome Group. Mark graduated from the University of Houston and retrieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management as well as a minor in Finance.

Michael Taylor is the Senior Acquisition Associate at Welcome Group and has been a part of the acquisitions team since 2013. At the direction of the CEO and Board of Directors, Mr. Taylor manages the acquisitions process of vetting new markets, sourcing prospects, underwriting, due diligence review, and contract execution through final closing. To date, he has facilitated the purchase of over $145 million in assets.
Mr. Taylor is also responsible for development underwriting and commercial lender reporting. Michael graduated with a BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Nancy Bartolini is currently serving as the Leasing Assistant and Marketing Research Coordinator for Welcome Realty Advisors. She assists in the marketing of available land and buildings as well as new ground up spec developments.
Nancy worked in the Social Work field before changing careers to Real Estate. She is from Alaska where she served on the Board of The American Red Cross, served in the Alaska Territorial Guard and worked on the North Slope in the oil industry. Her passion is animal welfare and she now fosters kittens through a local Rescue.
Priti Mehta joined the Welcome Group Acquisitions team in May 2019. She assists in researching new markets, identifies properties for acquisition, coordinates due diligence, develops preliminary ARGUS underwriting, and reviews the credit of prospective tenants. She is a long time Houston resident and a proud University of Houston alumna with a double Masters in Finance and Computer Science.
