Founded in 2008, WUQWATR is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to the health and sustainability of our watersheds. Spanning over 23,443 km² across Saskatchewan, from Regina to Humboldt and from Central Butte to Tyvan, we encompass one of the largest watershed stewardship areas in the province, encompassing more than 109 vibrant communities. Our mission is rooted in a simple, yet profound belief: the wellbeing of our watersheds is vital for a sustainable future... Our focus at WUQWATR is on proactive watershed stewardship. This involves a blend of effective communication strategies and innovative programming initiatives aimed at protecting both surface and ground waters.
