For 19 years now Chuck has been improving the lives of many dedicated clients of the Philadelphia area through Xertion Training. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his program, by introducing mental and physical obstacles, clients elevate their fitness and personal confidence to achieve far beyond their envisioned reach. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination. The driving force of Xertion Performance. As a former member of the U.S. Army, he gained his knowledge and passion for physical fitness while serving our country. After leaving the military, Chuck began to pursue training Individual clients that were determined to make a life change. He knew he could really make a positive difference in people's lives.
