Ariel-Charles Guigui

Ariel graduated from the University of Ottawa with a degree in Business Administration in 1992, and from the Faculty of Law in 1994 where he served on the editorial board of the Law Review. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. Prior to joining RBC, Ariel spent 5 years teaching Real Estate Law and Estate Law at La Cité Collégiale in Ottawa. For the previous 12 years, Ariel held several positions at a major trust company, culminating in the role of Trust Manager. Ariel is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canadian chapter). His significant practical experience in estate planning and administration allows him to offer valuable guidance during the creation of your estate plan.

Francine McLean

As a Premier Banking Advisor for Sudbury and Northern Ontario, Francine McLean works as a single point of contact providing banking and credit solutions for select clients of RBC Dominion Securities and their families. Partnering with Investment Advisors across the region, she provides personalized service and tailored advice to help clients save time and efficiently manage their day-to-day banking and credit solutions. With over 29 years of experience in the financial industry with Royal Bank of Canada, Francine is well respected by both her clients and peers alike. Prior to her current role, Francine held various roles at RBC, giving her a wide scope of knowledge in banking advice. The most noteworthy of these roles is her 14 years of service as a Financial Advisor, for which she received many prestigious recognitions. Clients appreciate Francine's extensive experience and efficiency as a banking and advisory professional. She also has the ability to service clients in English or French as she is fluent in both languages. Born in Elliot Lake and raised in Spanish, Ontario, Francine moved to Sudbury, where she now lives with her husband & children. Matthew joined Yarek Mlynarczyk Wealth Management Group in November of 2020. Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge in personal banking, personal & corporate tax preparation, and audit services. Matthew completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) from Algoma University, with a specialization in Accounting. Matthew is involved with all aspects of the team's workflow. He will assist in portfolio reviews, client inquiries & administration, product research, and portfolio development. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys downhill skiing, and is an avid football and hockey fan!

Myra Mlynarczyk

Myra is the person who keeps the team and the office on track. Her responsibilities are administrative support to our team. This includes document preparation, appointment scheduling, client inquiries and follow-up. Myra is an executive administration program graduate from Sault College. She has thirty year's experience in the administrative and customer service industry. During her spare time Myra enjoys spending quality time with her family, spending time outdoors doing activities like kayaking, travel and cottage life.

Robert Collins

Robert joined Yarek Mlynarczyk Wealth Management Group in November of 2020. Robert's role on the team is portfolio & equities analysis, record keeping, and trading administration. Robert's line is always open to discuss investment ideas as well as general market trends. Robert comes from a personal fitness training background, having spent time training high net worth clients and athletes from individual and team sports in a small studio gym setting in downtown Toronto. As a result Robert is keen on attention to detail, likeability, communication, organization, and most of all performance! Robert holds two diplomas; one from Sault College for Pre-Health Sciences and the other from Humber College for Fitness and Health Promotion. Robert passed the CFA I in November 2021, holds his Canadian Securities Course (CSC) designation, and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts Specialized in Finance and Economics at Algoma University. Robert is an avid music fan and fledgling musician; having acquired a Grade 8 Diploma in piano and Basic Harmony Theory diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music as an adolescent, and currently trying to learn the drums. In his spare time you can catch him on the golf course sporting an 11.8 handicap at the time of publication.
