Early in his career, he joined a start-up gaming division at WMS as the 4th employee and helped it grow to $800 M+ in revenues & achieve #2 position in the Gaming Industry. As VP of Global Product Strategy for WMS, he led the advanced R&D efforts, developed several successful products and created a ‘culture of innovation'. Shridhar has extensive experience in new product development, product and portfolio management and strategic planning. During his 25+ years in the gaming industry, he has been at the forefront of technological evolution and has played a key role in bringing new innovations to Gaming. He holds more than 45 patents and has developed globally successful slot games like Jackpot Party, Life of Luxury, Powerball, Monopoly to name a few.
