Brad Hall cut his teeth in Silicon Valley, working from a position as a Systems Engineer to the executive offices of Accenture, before starting his own tech consulting firm. Brad advises the Montana State University basketball team, coaches youth sports (basketball, baseball, and golf), and parents two teenage athletes of his own.
Joe's experience developing and producing interactive projects in branding, marketing and design agencies helped him develop a broad skill-set ranging across the creative services spectrum. A passionate cyclist, Ironman triathlete and yogi, Joe is a USAC Cycling Coach, yoga instructor and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Michael has been working with motion capture and robotics since his days as a computer science major: developing self-driving RC cars and mapping the patterns of bees using motion tracking devices. Not a stranger to the impact of injury, Michael makes an annual pilgrimage to British Columbia, pumping and jumping his bike down Canadian singletrack.

Milica McDowell, MS, DPT specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine rehabilitation. She is certified by the ACSM as a Health Fitness Specialist. In addition to teaching courses in the Kinesiology department at Montana State University, Milica owns an established physical therapy practice where she maintains a clinical caseload. An avid athlete who played basketball through college, she's an Ironman triathlete and mother to a 18-year-old black diamond skier.
Nick, a former college soccer player at University of Central Arkansas, is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer living in Denver, Colorado. He has been a soccer coach at the club and high school levels for almost 10 years and holds a USSF B License. When not on the field or in the gym, Nick can be found mountain biking or snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains.

Beginning his career as a professional skier on the Freeskiing World Tour, Paul has spent his entire life in athletics. Currently aspiring to get his pro card on the triathlon circuit, Paul's affable personality and patient demeanor make him a much-sought-after USA Swimming coach and NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Tom ran a small medical product company for 15 years after serving in a Marine Corps' Special Operations unit. Growing up in Minnesota, Tom played hockey through college and has coached youth programs in Colorado.
