Blaine has spent much of his professional career in the financial services industry. In this industry he has provided legal/compliance expertise in a wide range of areas including but not limited to Compliance Examinations, Regulatory Agency Reporting, Corporate Actions, Compliance Training (including U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Control, Suitability Assessments, and Suspicious Activity Reporting), and writing or revising Firm Policies & Procedures manuals. Blaine earned B.A. in Liberal Arts from California State University Northridge and his J.D. from Southwestern University of Law. Blaine is a member in good standing of the California State Bar.

Ivan is a registered patent attorney and trial attorney admitted to practice in California, New York, and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He litigates intellectual property and general civil matters. He has first-chair trial experience in the International Trade Commission (ITC), federal district courts, and state courts. He also provides extensive intellectual property counseling. This includes drafting opinions regarding patent infringement and contract rights, negotiating technology licensing, and managing intellectual property portfolios. He further provides top-quality patent drafting and procurement services, including in the technical areas of software, electronics, wireless, optics, networks, automotive, furniture, Internet, e-commerce, and business methods. He worked for the oldest intellectual property law firm in the U.S., and as in-house Senior Patent Counsel with the American Honda Motor Corporation. Ivan also has extensive experience prosecuting and defending Trademark Trial and Appeal Board opposition and cancellation proceedings.

He is a highly accomplished Prepaid Visa/MasterCard Executive with an outstanding history of successfully creating and delivering complex Financial Products to the market. He is an expert in business development, strategic planning, innovative product solutions, tactical implementation, turnarounds, and delivering complex products from concept to national rollout. He has proven his ability to achieve maximized product and infrastructure quality at minimum costs. He is an organizational leader with demonstrated proficiency at building and motivating top-level teams to effectively develop business. He is an exceptionally skilled communicator with extensive background of profitable collaboration with senior executives / stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies, including Visa, Western Union, First Data Corporation, TSYS, IDT, Plus System, and eFunds.

Steve is a fifteen year software development veteran and four time Microsoft MVP Award recipient. Steve has world-class experience architecting and developing web-based line-of-business applications, dataflow and job flow automations and middleware, and enabling business process integration for mid-sized and international software companies, including Sungard Data Systems and Microsoft Corporation. Steve holds multiple Microsoft and IBM certifications and is very active in the developer community having led sessions at over 120 Microsoft developer events across North America. Steve has served on the board of several industry groups including the International .NET Developers Association, and regularly gives his time as a technology mentor to startups in the greater Los Angeles area and beyond. When not developing software solutions or engaging with the software development community, Steve is a closet singer and songwriter and plays the guitar and keys. He also enjoys getting outdoors to skydive, SCUBA dive, kayak, mountain bike, and hike.

Travis is a leader with cross-functional expertise in strategy, process design, and change management with MIS and Executive MBA degrees from the University of Georgia. Immediately after completing his undergraduate degree, he served 11 years in the US Air Force as a Communications-Computer and Logistics Officer. He gained experience in tactical and network communications and was the implementation project manager for many innovative technologies regarding Networking, Server Administration, Collaboration, VPN, Cloud-Based Computing, and Video on Demand. He received numerous medals and decorations and achieved the rank of Captain. Upon completion of Honorable Service, he has since worked in the government, non-profit, and private sectors in a variety of industries. He specializes in integrating cutting-edge technology and providing innovative business solutions. He previously volunteered as the Managing Director for the Veteran Service Organization, NextGenVETS. NextGenVETS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, focused on providing Career Assessment and Educational/Training/Employment Opportunities for Recently-Released Veterans of the current wars.
