Gong Li, a former Senior Managing Director at Accenture, has more than 30 years of cross-industry business and technology consulting experience, with expertise in organizational strategy and design, business process reengineering, financial management, large change program management and IT infrastructure development. Gong has worked with clients in a variety of industries and has extensive experience working with Chinese enterprises on various programs including corporate restructuring, process transformation and commercialization. After his retirement as Chairman of Accenture's Greater China region in 2015, Gong became an Advanced Leadership Fellow at Harvard University, where he focused on healthcare delivery model and funding mechanism in large developing countries. He is currently on the boards of Tricor Group, Pan Asia Data Holding and Sunrise Group.

Grace Y. Toh - Managing Director

Grace Y. Toh is a financial services professional with over 30 years of experience in private banking and wealth management, concentrating on building and managing long-term relationships with high net worth clients. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President at HSBC Private Bank and The Private Bank at Bank of America (now US Trust). She is a graduate of Wellesley College with a B.A. in Economics and Chinese Studies. She studied Management Information Systems and Accounting at MIT's Sloan School of Management and earned her MBA in Finance from the Jones School of Management at Rice University. She has served on a number of not-for-profit boards and is a member of Wellesley College's Board of Trustees.

Joe Connolly - Managing Director

Joe Connolly brings with him over 35 years of experience in financial services, working exclusively in sales, business development and relationship management roles. Born and educated in Ireland, Joe held a number of senior positions with the Bank of Ireland in Dublin before relocating to the U.S. in 2003 as Head of U.S. Sales. For the past 15 years, Joe was directly involved in the Bank's significant growth in the U.S., serving on the U.S. senior management team and was a member of the Ireland-U.S. Council. John Brannen

John Brannen was Global Director of Human Resources for Wellington Management Co. from 2001- 2011. He was named a Partner in 2005 and became Managing Director of Wellington Management International Ltd, the London-based affiliate of Wellington Management Company, LLP in 2007. In that role, he oversaw the daily operation of the London office. As Global Director for Human Resources, John was responsible for overseeing the management and development of human resource policies, practices, programs and systems that attracted, retained, and developed a global professional workforce. John's entire career had been devoted to human resource management. Prior to joining Wellington Management, John spent ten years in Human Resource leadership positions at Fidelity Investments. Before Fidelity, John was Vice President, Human Resources at Bank of New England, now a part of Bank of America Corporation. John earned his EdM, with a concentration in counseling and consulting psychology, from Harvard University and received his BA from the University of Massachusetts.

Peter Van Dessel - Chief Investment Officer

Peter Van Dessel is an investment management professional and fund manager with over 30 years of experience in fund management, alternative investments, debt and capital markets, investment banking and pension fund consulting. He served as Chairman of the Bosera China Fund Limited and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Electricity Supply Board of Ireland's Pension Fund, a $5 billion fund based in Dublin, Ireland. Peter spent the majority of his career in Dublin, Ireland where he was Head of Trading at BNP Paribas, Chief Executive of WestLB Covered Bond Bank, and Chief Operating Officer of Abbey Capital Limited, a large fund of managed futures funds based out of Dublin and New York.

Robyn S. Kravit
