Martial Haeffelin has 25-year experience in atmospheric remote sensing research. He conducts research on cloud physical processes and remote sensing, as well as cloud effects on the solar resource for photovoltaic energy production. He is currently the Deputy Director of Institut Pierre Simon Laplace, in charge of Earth Observations, and acts as scientific director of ACTRIS-FR.

Martine De Mazière is a Belgian atmospheric scientist known for her work in atmospheric satellite observations. She is director general ad interim of the Belgian Institute for Space Aeronomy.
He has PhD from the University of Helsinki, and his background is in aerosol-cloud-climate interactions. He has been working in ACTRIS as a Project Manager since the summer of 2019.
He is responsible for the tasks related to the establishment and running of ACTRIS ERIC administrational and financial processes.

Niku has a background in aerosol- and cloud research and has been setting up ACTRIS and its Head Office since 2014. He coordinates the interactions and planning and reporting of activities between ACTRIS Head Office, Central Facilities and National Facilities.
He has been involved in the establishment of ACTRIS for more than 20 years. His research focuses on atmospheric composition variability and trends and authored more than 150 scientific papers. He currently serves in the GAW/WMO SSC and in the GCOS AOPC panel.
She has expertise in intellectual property rights in legal matters and negotiations concerning university research projects and EU research funding. Her main tasks over the last ten years are related to ESFRI research infrastructures.
