Andy has more than thirty years of experience as an engineering, operations, and technology executive and consultant, and has worked with many broadcasting and media companies. She has consulted on issues such as new technology, system design, organizational structure, workflow, standard operating procedures, and startup planning for a variety of media companies.
Andy is the first woman to be an officer of the National Board of the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE). She is presently the Treasurer for the National Board and Secretary for Chapter 15 (New York City). Andrea holds SBE certification as a Technical Operator (C.T.O.) and Broadcast Technician (C.B.T.
Renard is the "nuts and bolts" partner of the organization with more than thirty years of mechanical and construction experience, providing invaluable full service integration coordination, managing the ergonomic infrastructure aspects of an installation such as lighting grid design, electrical requirements, green screen construction/implementation and general facility layout concepts.
