Ally Hodges is a key player in the roofing industry, serving as the Business Development Manager for Aderhold Roofing. With a career starting in 2012, Ally stepped into the industry to continue her father's legacy, who dedicated over four decades to the business. Her role at Aderhold involves leading a team of account managers and fostering strong relationships with property managers, owners, and engineers. An active contributor to her industry, Ally holds esteemed positions on the Board of Directors for both BOMA Greater Tampa Bay and BOMA Orlando, showcasing her leadership capabilities and commitment to community engagement. Outside of her professional sphere, Ally is a family woman with an adventurous spirit. Despite her demanding career, she manages to strike a balance between her work responsibilities and personal life, illustrating her ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Brian has served the construction industry since 1997. Throughout his 31-year career, Brian has built landmark projects throughout Florida and Texas. Brians strength as a leader lies in building high-performance teams and lasting relationships with clients. Prior to starting Aderhold Roofing, Brian held supervisory and safety management posts at ENR top 100 construction management firms and has a successful track record in executing profitable and safety minded strategies. Brian is a Certified Roofing Contractor and Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida (CCC1329750 & CGC1520242), as well as an OSHA Certified Trainer. Brian currently sits on the board of directors of the West Coast Roofing Contractors Association and devotes his efforts and charitable organizations, such as Black Dagger, Wounded Warriors, Saint Jude's Research, and the American Heart Association.

Candice works as a Senior Project Manager on a wide range of assignments from new construction to re-roofs and everything in between. She has gained well rounded experience rising through the ranks at Aderhold Roofing. Her ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with strong client relationships, makes her a positive addition to any construction project team. Candice works together with clients, design professionals and project-related personnel on coordination, scheduling, and implementation of the project details in order to build a successful project
Kari is a results-oriented leader overseeing all of Aderhold Roofings financial controls, risk management, and marketing. Kari's focus is on lean management, with a critical eye on control, consistency and continuous improvement in all areas of Aderhold Roofings business platform. Kari has over 19 years of industry experience that includes administrative and supervisory roles at ENR top 100 firms. Kari attended Wichita State University and stays up to date in her field of expertise by taking continuing education courses at Columbia University and the Wharton School. Kari is a member of the National Women in Roofing and the National Association of Women in Construction. She is actively involved in several charitable contributions including Annabelle's Closet, Black Dagger, Hillsborough County Firefighters Benevolent Fund and the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Fraternal Order of Police.
Born and raised in Tampa, Madison Lackmann leverages her deep roots in the community to foster meaningful professional connections. Madison's academic journey took her to the University of South Florida, where she pursued a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. In her current role as a Commercial Account Manager, Madison demonstrates an unwavering commitment to her clients, working tirelessly to meet their needs while ensuring their objectives are at the forefront of all decisions. Her aptitude for nurturing client relationships is paramount to her success in this role, as she continually strives to add value and promote client satisfaction. Despite her demanding career, Madison never loses sight of her personal interests. She has an adventurous palate, often found exploring new restaurants, and a love for travel, particularly to destinations that offer warmth and sunshine.

Robbie has 30 years of experience in the industry and is a valuable asset to the Aderhold Roofing Team. He has 20 years of field experience that provides him a three-dimensional perspective to our projects. The attention to detail Robbie brings to every project has earned him a reputation as an outstanding Pre-construction Manager. Robbie has an OSHA 10 hour certification, as well as certifications by all major roofing system manufacturers including Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, and Johns Manville.
