Becky brings over 36 years of commercial and residential real estate closing experience to Advantage Title. She worked as a paralegal for many years in a variety of areas and brings that training to Advantage Title.
Becky has served as past Vice President of the Florida Land Title Association for Zone 1. She is also a member of the Tallahassee Mortgage Broker's Association, an affiliate member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, TBR Commercial Council and served as the 2009 and 2011 Secretary of the Women's Council of Realtors, Tallahassee Chapter. Becky was honored to receive the Tallahassee Board of Realtors 2009 Affiliate of the Year award and was selected as a 2010 candidate for the TBR leadership academy. She is also very active with the Big Bend Habitat for Humanity, the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, and the Shands Childrens Hospital, Children's Miracle Network, Belt Buckle Ball.

Debbie Milazzo; owner and licensed title agent at Advantage Title Group. Debbie brings her leadership and knowledge of real estate to Advantage Title Group. A realtor for over 17 years and Broker for 8 years, Debbie has owned and managed real estate brokerages covering Tallahassee, Destin and Central Florida and uses this experience to assist realtors, lenders, buyers and sellers get to the closing table as stress-free as possible. Debbie is dedicated to making every real estate transaction flow smoothly from start to finish. She strives to create long term relationships based on trust, support, and the ultimate in customer service. Debbie has also worked as a legal assistant for over 30 years which has given her years of experience in assisting people in all kinds of situations. Debbie is also a volunteer with the Guardian ad Litem Program, Make a Wish Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She has raised three children who all attended Florida State University, which is what brought her to the Tallahassee area.
Rosanna Catalano; General Counsel at Advantage Title Group. Rosanna's varied background as a title insurance agent, real estate investor, lobbyist, trial attorney, television news producer, professor, university dean, podcaster, and chief agency administrator allows her to provide a unique perspective and skill set for identifying and solving problems.
Rosanna is a successful lobbyist who has worked with clients in the local government, technology, transportation, insurance, healthcare, and energy sector. She is an adjunct professor at Florida State University, a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, and has served as the Chair of the Development Committee for the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation Alumni Advisory Board and the Florida Bar Governmental and Public Policy Advocacy Committee. She co-authored a book, "Making the Metaverse: The Promise and Reality of the Emerging Metaverse." Rosanna's undergraduate degree and law degree are from the University of Florida.
