John Wiersma started Always Ready Repair in 1935. Founded on quality workmanship, excellent service and dedication to the customer, John passed on both his business and ideals to his son and grandson who proudly carry on the family business. Mick and Jason Wiersma currently run the company and strive to deliver quality products and services to their customers. This third-generation business has had the same installer, Bob Winterfield, for 18 years. Bob helps to support the Wiersma Family motto: "we are large enough to do the job and small enough to care!"
