Mr. Deep C Anand, Founder of ANAND Group and Chairman of the Deep C Anand Foundation is an alumnus of Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, India. He is a mechanical engineer from the Chippenham College of Technology, UK. His business career began in 1954, as plant manager at Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai, India. At 27, full of energetic enterprise, Mr. Anand launched his first business venture - Gabriel India, the flagship company of the Group - in collaboration with Maremont Corporation, USA to manufacture shock absorbers in India. With the success of this joint venture, Mr. Anand created a pattern of collaboration which brought the ‘best-in-class' into India and established successful partnerships with leading global automotive companies. Over the next six decades, the Group formed successful alliances with leaders of the automotive industry like CY Myutec, (Korea) Dana Holding Corporation (USA); Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies (France), Haldex AB (Sweden), Henkel Teroson GmbH (Germany), MAHLE Behr Holding GmbH (Germany), MAHLE Filtersysteme GmbH (Germany), Mando Corporation (Korea) Takata Corporation (Japan) and Valeo (France). Mr. Deepak Chopra, Group CEO, heads the executive management structure at ANAND. A trustee of the Deep C Anand Foundation, Deepak chairs the ANAND Executive Committee and ANAND Management Committee besides overseeing the entire operations for the Group and key corporate functions including human resources, finance, corporate strategy and stakeholder relationships. Deepak is also the Executive Chairman of Spicer India Private Limited, a prestigious JV with Dana Holding Corporation of USA. He also chairs the Boards of Mando Automotive India Private Limited and Takata India Private Limited and a few other ANAND companies. A veteran with >40 years of leadership experience at ANAND, Deepak is a chartered accountant, company secretary and an alumnus of the advanced management course, Oxford University, UK. He began his career at ANAND in 1976 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility over the years. After heading the Finance function at Purolator India, ANAND corporate headquarters, Perfect Circle Victor and Gabriel India, Deepak took on the responsibility of handling new projects and operations and successfully established the large sized and thick walled bearings project in 1993 with a German partner BHW, then part of Federal Mogul Corporation of USA. He was subsequently appointed COO of Purolator India (the current MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems) between 1994 and 1996, after which he moved to Chennai to establish and head ANAND's operations in South India with three new joint ventures: Mando India for brake systems with Mando of Korea, Arvin Exhaust India (currently Faurecia Emission Control Technologies India) with Arvin Meritor, USA originally and now with Faurecia, France and Valeo Friction Materials India with Valeo, France. In 2002, Deepak took over the role of Group CFO at ANAND corporate headquarters where besides overseeing finance, treasury and legal functions of the Group, he was also responsible for mergers and acquisitions and overseas partner relationships. From 2006, Deepak was also assigned the additional responsibility as Group President to oversee the operations of five ANAND companies before taking over as Group CEO in September 2009. After an excellent tenure as the group's Chief Executive Officer for 11 years, and a sterling 44-year career at ANAND, Mr. Deepak Chopra has retired as the Group CEO on the 15th of January 2021. Deepak has now joined the Group Supervisory Board (GSB) of ANAND with effect from the 16th of January 2021. He is the Chairman of the Operations Committee, as well as a Member of the Personnel Committee of the GSB. He also plays an advisory role in partnership relations and legal affairs. Further to this, Deepak is Co-Chairman, Joyson ANAND Abhishek Safety Systems, a joint venture with Joyson Safety Systems, USA. In addition, he chairs the group's Ethics Committee. Deepak also has a role of mentoring certain key management personnel. He also oversees the group's philanthropic wing, the SNS Foundation. Deepak has held various positions in key industry bodies including serving as a member of Steering and Executive Committees of the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) and Chairman of ACMA Northern Region. Mr. Jagdish Kumar is Group President and Chief Financial Officer of ANAND Group. He is responsible for financial planning and controls, legal and taxation matters, treasury and risk management, operating performance management, governance and Board matters, M&A and joint venture relationships at the Group-level. Additionally, he is responsible for Henkel ANAND India Limited, Ansysco ANAND LLP and Anchemco ANAND LLP. He is also a member of the ANAND Management Committee. He joined ANAND Group in September, 2015. Prior to joining ANAND, Jagdish was the regional director, strategy and M&A, Asia Pacific for DuPont. He joined DuPont in 1998 as director - finance & planning of the South Asian operations and chief financial officer for the Asia-Pacific region for automotive paints business. Subsequently, he moved on to lead multiple businesses in South Asia and the Asia-Pacific in the printing and packaging markets for DuPont including a five-year stint in Shanghai as Asia-Pacific leader of the packaging graphics business for DuPont. Prior to joining DuPont, Jagdish worked for Tata Consultancy Services and Ballarpur Industries Limited based in Chennai and Delhi as head of finance and M&A. He has a vast experience in leadership and board management roles across the Asia-Pacific in a career spanning over 27 years. Jagdish did his B.Com (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore with a specialisation in finance and marketing. Mr. Jaisal Singh is a Director of the Group Supervisory Board, the apex governing body of the ANAND Group. He sits on the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee as well as the Personnel Committee of the Board. He is the Vice Chairman of the ANAND Executive Board and the Chairman of the group's Strategic Growth Council, including Mergers & Acquisitions. He is actively involved in overseeing key areas like governance, compliance and JV partner relationships. Jaisal is also the Co- Chairman of the group's largest company, Mando Automotive India (with a turnover of approx. USD 500 million). It is a joint venture between ANAND Group and Mando Corporation, part of the Halla Group, Republic of Korea. Jaisal is an Author, Conservationist and Entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Chairman of SUJÁN, an experiential, responsible, positive impact hotel group with three award winning tented camps in India, which have consistently been rated among the best in the world for the past two decades. Jaisal is also Vice-President and Member of the Executive Committee, global Board of Directors of Relais & Chateaux - the world's most prestigious association of 580 independent hotels and restaurants across 67 countries covering 5 continents with 380 Michelin stars at last count. He has the distinction of being the youngest person, and the only Indian ever to be elected to that position and has been successfully running that position for the last 9 years. He also takes a keen interest in the philanthropic wing of his family enterprise - The SNS Foundation. He was recently appointed Patron of the Conscious Travel Foundation in the United Kingdom. Jaisal is a Member of The Government of Rajasthan's Standing Committee for Wildlife, and also the State Board for Wildlife, chaired by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan. He is also a member of the Expert Committee on Tigers constituted by the Government of Rajasthan. Mr. Jaisal Singh was born in New Delhi where he attended The Modern School, and the British School. He subsequently studied politics & government, and economics at Collingham in London. In 2000, Jaisal established Sher Bagh, Ranthambhore which was among India's first luxury safari camps. Thereafter, he signed a JV with the luxury hotel group Aman Resorts to set up the first Aman in India, which culminated in the opening of Aman-i-Khas also in Ranthambhore. In 2009, along with Anjali his wife, they expanded SUJÁN with the opening of The Serai, Jaisalmer. Sher Bagh and The Serai have been consistently acclaimed globally as being among the best hotels in the world by a series of international rankings and were the first few hotels in India to be accepted as members of Relais & Ch teaux; an association of the world best hotels, hoteliers and grand chefs. In 2011, SUJÁN went global by partnering with Cheli & Peacock for Elephant Pepper Camp, situated within the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. The camp has played a key role in the Mara North Conservancy which has added 77,500 acres of protected area to the Mara ecosystem. Mr. Jean-Louis Chaussade has been appointed as a Director of the GSB with effect from January 2021. Jean-Louis is currently the Chairman of JLCH Conseil, Paris. He has been associated with the SUEZ Group for over four decades holding positions of increasing responsibility spanning various geographies of the world, and he left the group as the Chairman of its Board in May 2020. Jean-Louis holds key positions on Boards of various organisations and bodies including Vice-Chairman of the France-China Committee, Vice Chairman of Seoul International Business Advisory Council (SIBAC), Chairman of the Strategic Committee for Waste Processing and Recovery (CSF) and Special Advisor of Accuracy, a large French consulting firm. Jean-Louis holds the cause of sustainability and circular economy very close to his heart, and his tenure has seen SUEZ become a leader of environmental transformation. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP Paris and a master's degree in Economics from Sorbonne University, France. He is also a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (The Paris Institute of Political Studies) and the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Mr. Lorenzo Piaget is a Director of the Group Supervisory Board (GSB). He sits on the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of the GSB. Lorenzo is the Founding partner of Piaget & Cie, Lausanne, a Swiss Family Office. He serves as a director on the boards of several family groups active in consumer staples retail, luxury brand distribution, the automotive industry whose total turnover exceed 10 billion USD. For two decades, he has also been a non-executive board member of several regulated financial institutions, including mutual funds and banks in Switzerland and Luxembourg. He started his career as a lawyer for the Federal Revenue Service and the State Revenue Service in Switzerland. He has a been a lecturer in Tax Law at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland). He has published multiple articles focusing on e-commerce taxation and real estate taxation. Lorenzo Piaget holds a Master of Law (University of Geneva). Mr. M.S. Shankar, heads the corporate function of Technology & Innovation at ANAND. He drives the process of unblocking, enabling, multiplying and inspiring COOs, Plant Heads, Managers, and Engineers to achieve significant breakthrough results, by activating and embedding a process of systematic out-of-box thinking and breakthrough implementation. As a real change leader, he was part of the visionary task force at ANAND to embed the culture of lean manufacturing through the ANAND Heijunka Production System. As the COO of Victor Gaskets India, he led the company to become an asbestos free company by evolving cutting edge technology for critical engine sealing products. A Mechanical Engineer from The College of Engineering Pune, Fellow of Cost & Works Accountants of India, and graduate of Visionary Leader For Manufacturing, he has been skilled in Erehwon's Orbit-shifting Leadership Practice. Mr. Mahendra K. Goyal, Group President, is one of the two Co-Chief Operating Officers of the ANAND Group. He is a member of the ANAND Executive Board. Mr Goyal is also the Managing Director of Dana Anand India, a joint venture between ANAND and Dana Incorporated, USA. He is directly responsible and accountable to the ANAND Executive Board for the following Group companies: HL Mando Anand India, a joint venture with Mando Corporation, part of the HL Group, Republic of Korea; Dana Anand India; ANAND I-Power; Haldex ANAND India; and MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems and MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems, ANAND's joint venture companies with MAHLE GmbH, Germany. He is the chairman of HL Anand Automotive Parts Pvt. Ltd., which is a joint venture between HL Holdings Corporation and ANAND. In addition, he is responsible and accountable for the Group's Aftermarket and Human Resource. He is also a member of the ANAND Management Forum, which oversees operational issues for the Group. Mahendra is a chartered accountant, company secretary, and cost accountant with an Advanced Management Programme Certificate from Oxford University. He has dedicatedly served ANAND for over 28 years and handled positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of general management/operations, finance, treasury, corporate governance, board, and legal matters, among others. Manoj Kolhatkar, Group President, is one of the two Co-Chief Operating Officers of the Group, as well as a member of the ANAND Executive Board. He is also the Managing Director of the Group's flagship, Gabriel India. Manoj is directly responsible and accountable to the ANAND Executive Board for the following Group companies: Gabriel India; Faurecia Clean Mobility-a joint venture between ANAND and Faurecia Clean Mobility France; Valeo Friction Materials India-ANAND's joint venture with Valeo France; both the joint venture companies with CY Myutec, Korea, namely ANAND CY Myutec Automotive and CY Myutec ANAND; as well as Anchemco and Ansysco and the newly formed sunroof joint venture Inalfa Gabriel Sunroof Systems. In addition, he is Head, Business Development and Corporate Materials for the Group. He is also a member of the ANAND Management Forum, which oversees operational issues for the Group. Prior to joining ANAND in 2011, Manoj was with the TATA Group for 22 years and has more than three decades of experience in the automotive industry. He first joined Tata Motors in July 1989 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, and then in July 2006 moved to Tata Auto Components (TACO) as the CEO for the Interiors & Plastics Division. In 2009, he became the CEO of a TACO JV, Tata Yazaki, before coming to ANAND in May 2011. Mr. Kolhatkar is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from REC Nagpur (now VNIT) and has a diploma in Business Management from the University of Pune.

Mr. Rajeev Gera is Senior Vice President and Head - Group Business Development at ANAND. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer of ANAND CY Myutec Automotive. Rajeev brings with him a rich experience spanning 27 years within automotive sector in India and Europe. He has extensive experience across key functions including industrial/process engineering, supply chain management, sourcing and business development functions. Prior to joining ANAND, he worked with Hero Honda Motors, Delphi Chassis and KYB Spain. Rajeev joined ANAND as Supply Chain Head for Gabriel India in 2008. He became Chief Operating Officer of ANAND CY Myutec Automotive (Formerly known as Chang Yun India) in 2012. He is also a Director on the Board of Henkel ANAND India. Rajeev played a significant role in widening the customer base of ACYM by adding six major OEM customers. He was also responsible for putting up the steel synchroniser rings manufacturing project for commercial vehicle segment in ACYM. Under his leadership, ACYM was ranked a "Great Place to Work" in both 2017 and 2018. Rajeev holds a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Durgapur, West Bengal. Rohit has long standing career in Business Process Management Services, Investment Banking and Management Consulting. Rohit has cross functional experience in dealing with large multinational corporations including several Fortune 500 corporations. Rohit is the Founder-Chairman of Silverskills Private Limited, a company that provides BPM solutions to companies in the Financial and Healthcare Services sectors across the globe. Earlier, Rohit was the Managing Director and Country Head of AIA Capital India Private Limited, (a member company of AIG). He began his career as a Management Consultant with A.F. Ferguson & Co., the then correspondents of KPMG in India. Rohit is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and serves as an independent non-executive director on the Boards of Indian and Multinational Companies. Mr. S. Sarathi is Joint Managing Director, Mando Automotive India and President, Group Chief Internal Auditor, ANAND. He is a qualified chartered accountant, cost accountant and company secretary. He has also successfully completed an advanced management course from Oxford University, UK. He joined ANAND in 1997 as Financial Controller for ANAND's emission products JV, Faurecia Emission Control Technologies India (formerly Arvin Exhaust India). He worked as Financial Controller and Company Secretary of Gabriel India Limited from 2001 to 2005 and contributed to the merger of Stallion Shox with Gabriel. Mr. S. Sarathi is the Group President and Chief Assurance Officer of the ANANDGroup. He is also a member of the ANAND Executive Board. Further, he is the Joint Managing Director of HL Mando ANAND India Private Limited (formerly known as Mando Automotive India Private Limited), a joint venture between ANAND and MandoCorporation, part of the HL Group, Republic of Korea. As part of the matrix structure within the ANAND Executive Board, he is responsible for three Group companies: Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies India Private Limited; Inalfa Gabriel Sunroof Systems Private Limited; and Mahle ANAND Thermal Systems Private Limited. He also supports the respective Group Co-Chief Operating Officer in charge of these companies. He is also a member of the ANAND Management Forum, which oversees operational issues for the Group. In 2005, he moved from the finance function at Gabriel to operations at Faurecia Emission Control Technologies India as its Chief Operating Officer. He then shifted to Spicer India Private Limited, ANAND's JV with Dana, USA, in 2008, where he was made incharge of Drive Shaft Operations as Vice President till 2010, before becoming Chief Internal Auditor of ANAND. Since then, he has been working at ANAND to strengthen the systems and internal controls at ANAND companies and has succeeded in transforming the internal audit processes and built a strong audit team. Further, Sarathi is a member of the ANAND Ethics Committee and plays a key role in sensitising employees on the importance of ethical behavior. He is one of the Trustees

Mr. Sumit Bhatnagar is President and Head - Group Human Resource Development and Group Infrastructure at ANAND. He has been associated with ANAND for almost two decades now. Prior to taking over the current responsibility, Sumit was COO of Passenger Car Business Unit (PCBU) for Gabriel India. He led Gabriel (PCBU) towards successfully transforming its performance. Sumit had joined MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems in 1999 as Senior Engineer - Manufacturing. At MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems, he successfully managed roles in Customer care, business development, supply chain, production and logistics and established the Visco fan drive business in India. He subsequently moved to ACYM, as Business Head in 2008 and sustained ACYM as preferred vendor for its customers through consistent performance improvement. In 2011, he joined Gabriel India initially as Plant Head, Khandsa and later became the COO of PCBU. Sumit has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production and has completed Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IIM Kozhikode. He has also completed Advanced Management Program from MIT Sloan, USA." Mr. Sumit Bhatnagar is a member of the ANAND Executive Board (AEB) and Group President. He is also the Deputy Managing Director of ANEVOLVE, a cleantech platform that is complementary to the ANAND Group. Sumit is responsible for setting up and growing new organisations catering to the needs of the EV industry in the two-, three- and four-wheeler markets. As a part of the AEB, he oversees the business operations of ANAND CY Myutec (ACYM) and CY Myutec ANAND (CYMA). He is also responsible for the Corporate University of ANAND, driving manufacturing excellence across the Group. Sumit brings with him rich experience spanning more than two decades with the ANAND Group. In his long stint with ANAND, he has handled cross-functional profiles in Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, as well as spearheaded technology transfer projects from various parts of the globe. Sumit had the unique opportunity of transitioning from Operations to Human Resource as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer, ANAND, where he played a major role in strengthening and transforming organisations. Sumit's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Production Engineering. Mr. Sunil Kaul,Group President - Technology, Innovation & Automation, ANAND, is also a member of the ANAND Executive Committee, responsible for directing all policy matters at ANAND. He is also a member of the ANAND Management Committee which oversees operational issues for the Group. As Group President - Technology, Innovation and Automation, Sunil is responsible to direct and steer the technological prowess and innovation focus of the Group as a whole, ensuring ANAND is aligned and adequately equipped to face the challenges of the future. An extremely able and dynamic leader, Sunil has been an integral member of ANAND for the past 27 years and has held various positions of increasing responsibility through his tenure. Sunil Kaul, Group President, is the Group's Chief Technology Officer, and a member of the ANAND Executive Board. He is the Chairman of the Board of Haldex ANAND India, a joint venture between ANAND and Haldex AB, Sweden, for which he will be responsible and accountable to the ANAND Executive Board. Mr. Kaul is also be responsible for the Excellence-in-Manufacturing, Innovation, Quality Culture, and Sustainability initiatives. He is also responsible for the Group's Emerging Automotive Technology and start-ups in Multi Material Composites with FAR-UK; Transmissions with MAZARO, Belgium and Joint Venture with Mando Corporation for Two and Three Wheeler Electric Vehicle components. As Group President and Chief Technology Officer, Sunil is responsible to direct and steer the technological prowess and innovation focus of the Group as a whole, ensuring ANAND is aligned and adequately equipped to face the challenges of the future. An extremely able and dynamic leader, Sunil has been an integral member of ANAND for the past 35 years and has held various positions of increasing responsibility through his tenure. Sunil holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Management Education Networking from the Stuttgart Institute of Management & Technology. Sunil joined ANAND in 1985 at Purolator India. He subsequently moved to MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems in 1996, right at the inception of the Joint Venture. Between 1999 and 2004, Sunil spent five years on deputation to Mahle Behr, Germany, where he spent the initial two years being actively involved in the Product and Process engineering of EGR technology. Subsequently, he spent the next three years heading production at Pforzheim, besides also being responsible for the transfer of the oldest line (condensers and evaporators) from Pforzheim to what was back the plant in East Germany. Sunil returned to India in 2004 to re-join MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems, and was subsequently appointed managing director from 2009 till 2016, where he undertook several challenging projects.

Mr. Tejpreet S. Chopra is a Director of the Group Supervisory Board (GSB). He sits on the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee as well as the Operations Committee of the GSB. Tejpreet is the Founder & CEO of Bharat Light & Power Group (BLP). BLP is one of the leading clean energy generation (IPP) and technology companies in India. BLP has 3 companies in the group. The first focuses on developing, owning, and operating utility scale wind and solar farms. The second provides distributed solar solutions to the commercial & industrial sector. The third group company, "Industry.AI" is an Industrial IoT & Enterprise AI software application product company. It provides end to end monitoring, reporting and advanced analytics that improve productivity, efficiency and sustainability across industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, steel, oil & gas etc. The BLP Group has had joint ventures with the Italian utility, Enel Green Power, and the Norwegian utility, Statkraft. Tejpreet's 22 years of global management and finance experience was gained in various business roles held in France, England, Hong Kong, India and USA, of which over 14 years were at General Electric. Until 2010, Tejpreet was the President & CEO of General Electric in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh, and was responsible for directing GE's strategies for growth in these countries. Prior to that, Tejpreet served as President & CEO of GE Capital (Commercial Finance) in India, where he successfully restructured and expanded the business, thereby establishing GE Commercial Finance as one of the premier financial institutions in India. Since joining GE in 1996, he has held positions in marketing, structured finance and risk management, in Stamford and Hong Kong for GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS). In 2005, he moved from the unit's headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, to open GECAS's office in Delhi. As Senior Vice-President and Country Head-India for GECAS, Tejpreet arranged over US$1 billion in financing for India's growing airline industry. At present, he is an Independent Director on the board of SRF Limited, IEX (Indian Energy Exchange) and Chairman of the board of APM Terminals Pipavav port (A.P. Møller - Maersk A/S group), besides ANAND. He is also on the board of the World Economic Forum Foundation for YGL's; and the UK based Clean Air Fund. Tejpreet was recently nominated to the Board of Governors of the Lawrence School, Sanawar. He is the National Skill Development Corporation (Govt of India and Indian Industry initiative) Nominee Director on the Board of the Power Sector Skill Council. Tejpreet is involved in various industry associations. Mrs. Anjali Singh is the Executive Chairperson of ANAND Group. She also currently chairs the Group Supervisory Board, the group's apex governing body that looks into key areas including partnerships, corporate governance and the strategic direction the group plans to take in the future. She is also the Executive Chairperson of the ANAND Executive Board. She also holds the position of Group Chief Human Resource Officer at ANAND. At the group company's level, she is the Executive Chairperson of Gabriel India Limited, the 60-year-old public-listed flagship company of the group known for pioneering the ride control products industry in India. She is the Chairperson of Dana Anand India, a joint venture between ANAND Group and Dana Incorporated, USA. Demonstrating strong industry connect, Anjali holds key portfolios in various industry bodies. She serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) and chairs its ‘Strategic Partnerships' Pillar 4. She is also a member of the ACMA Western Region Committee. She also holds various positions in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). She serves as the Vice Chairperson of the CII Haryana State Council. Mrs. Kiran D. Anand is a Partner in Ansysco ANAND LLP which is a manufacturing company for making coolants, adhesives and brake fluids. She is a Director in Deep C. Anand Holdings Private Limited, Anchemco Limited and Anfilco Limited. She is also one of the founding trustees of ANAND's CSR arm, SNS Foundation (SNSF). Her guidance and continuous motivation, encouragement has led the professional team at SNSF to design and execute several initiatives in the fields of education and skill development. Her charitable disposition sees her supporting several social causes. Mrs. Anand went to Welham Girls School, Dehradun. She has been married to Mr. Deep Chand Anand for the last 56 years.
