Ben started with Apricity in 2020 through his links with Randwick Rugby Club, whom Apricity sponsored for a number of years.
As a senior executive with extensive experience across marketing, events, partnerships & operations, Ben has previously worked for industry leaders in the entertainment world including Southern Cross Austereo (Triple M, 2DayFM), Event Hospitality & Entertainment (Event Cinemas, QT Hotels, Moonlight Cinema, Thredbo Ski Resort, State Theatre) and Sony Music. He enjoys leading and mentoring teams, building relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders plus creating and delivering engaging campaigns.
With a huge passion for all sports - Ben coaches rugby union outside of work at a semi-professional level. Based in Sydney with wife Karlie, young kids Charlotte and Paddy plus the family dog Teddy, he is family-focused and happiest enjoying good company and a few laughs.

Founder of Apricity Finance and heading up the team as CEO, Linden brings more than 25 years working across the finance industry in Australia and Asia. His extensive career covers time working in distribution, capital raising, product development and investment reviews, responsible manager and board level roles. Linden has wide personal and professional networks as well as significant experience in marketing at retail, intermediary and institutional levels.
Linden commenced his career on the Sydney Futures Exchange as a pit trader and later as a broker. He then worked internationally for a number of years in Singapore, where he ran Sanwa Futures with more than 30 employees. In 2003, Linden made the transition into property funds management, where he held Head of Distribution roles in a number of firms including Multiplex Capital and Landmark White. He was in the start-up phase of a number of highly successful funds management businesses, giving him extensive experience in capital raising and product development as the compliance and legal aspects of funds management.
Most recently, in 2013, Linden established Apricity Finance after he saw a gap in the SME finance market. Linden and his fellow directors felt that bank finance options for SMEs was extremely limited and that current factoring models were inflexible and difficult for small businesses to understand.
Michael is an investment professional with over 25 years' experience in accounting, finance, compliance and management. Michael worked in public and commercial accounting roles, establishing his own accounting practice before moving to the United Kingdom to work in financial control for companies such as international law firm Norton Rose and Exxon Mobil's International Marine Transport Division.
Upon returning to Australia, Michael was instrumental in the creation and management of a private financial services organisation, specialising in the production of capital raising documents and assisting to raise and manage in excess of $100m in various asset classes.
In 2013, Michael joined Apricity Finance as Chief Financial Officer and has been instrumental in assisting the board with the establishment and monitoring of financial, compliance and operational protocols.

Simon joined Apricity Finance in 2015 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Simon has 30 years' experience in investment management and private client advisory. As a fixed income investment manager, Simon worked with Potter Warburg Asset Management, Mercury Asset Management and Tyndall Asset Management in both Sydney and Melbourne managing large fixed interest portfolios, covering investment strategy and risk management. In 2002, Simon commenced with Perpetual Private Clients as a private client advisor to high net worth clients before opening an office for Macquarie Private Wealth in Bowral, NSW. Simon was also founder and Sole Director of Medico Legal Specialist and is currently a Director of the Southern Highlands Foundation.
