Andres "Andy" Rodriguez began working in the bustling tax office of what is now Atlantic at age five. His father Andres Sr. purchased the firm in 1985 and put his four children to work with menial tasks-in Andy's case, it was stamping envelopes and inserting carbon paper between documents. "My little fingers would be black from all of the carbon," he recalls with a grin. Andy has been getting his hands dirty in business, so to speak, ever since. The description is apt: he is a hard-working business owner with uncompromising commitment to both excellence in customer service and business growth. Equally at home with a busy social life as he is with memorizing tax code, Andy is a unique and dynamic union of opposites. He can mastermind proportionate distributions for S-Corporations or the finer points of a 1031 Exchange prior to discussing his latest trip to coastal Turkey and the best añejo tequilas.

As Atlantic's Operations Manager, Veronica "Vero" Campos employs extensive sales operations and customer service experience to improve both structure and efficiency. Vero's 15 years of experience in commercial stock photo, space exploration, entertainment, and real estate began in an administrative capacity at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. She later honed sales skills working with a high-performing real estate agent before doing marketing for Azteca America TV. She then spent nine years working at Getty Images, where she kicked off a career as sales executive before being promoted to a sales operations manager and training sales teams throughout Latin America. Vero is a longtime friend of Atlantic CEO Andres Rodriguez. The two came from similar upbringing, and would often see one another at social events and salsa dancing classes. Vero began working at Atlantic in a seasonal capacity, and later transitioned to full time staff. She loves assisting people, especially within the Latin community, and often puts herself in second place to prioritize the needs of others. As a highly social person, she is often laughing and eating good food with family and friends. She loves to travel in her leisure time, and has visited 15 countries. The great outdoors is her happy place-she loves hiking, camping, and admiring a beautiful sunset.

Victor "VC" Carranza was born in Ensenada, Mexico, and grew up with his grandparents. Victor relocated to California at age eight. He continued his studies and attended Cal Poly Pomona, where he majored in accounting. After graduation, he began working in accounting, and received many promotions as he grew into roles of Accounting Manager and Controller. His diverse accounting experience has encompassed working in different industries such as a meat slaughterhouse in the Pico Rivera area, The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), and in manufacturing. Victor brings his vast experience to Atlantic Tax Services Inc., where he enjoys working with various types of clients and educating the Latin community on financial products. He presently oversees the operations of all of our recurring services. Is involved in the daily operations the company always assisting in providing our clients with an exceptional customer service experience. He enjoys taking an educational role to help clients make more informed financial decisions and fulfil their short- and long-term plans assisting client in creating generational wealth. Structuring Financial and Tax Strategies to help our clients manoeuvre our complex systems of taxes. He also enjoys spending free time with his son and daughter, both of whom are now young adults.
