George Giles is President and Founder of Intemedior Business Advisors, LLC, an Austin-based business advisory Firm that specializes in M&A Advisory, Business Brokerage, and Coaching & Consulting Services. Intemedior's team and strategic partners assist business owners as they prepare their businesses for sale, offering a full complement of service and support necessary to manage business sales and acquisitions successfully. George started his corporate career as a fourth-generation member of a family-owned printing and publishing company in New England. After leading the family business through an explosive period of growth, he moved on to a career with the R.R. Donnelley & Sons family of companies. He spent the next 20 years honing his Sales & Marketing, Accounting & Operations Management, Organizational Diagnosis & Development, and Information Technology skills. Having worked through several corporate startups, mergers, and acquisitions, George brings a rich and varied base of experience, with over 17 years' experience in Real Property, M&A Advisory, and Business Brokerage. He has earned numerous distinctions and certifications, including Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Board Certified Broker (TABB) in Texas. He became a Certified Value Builder Advisor (CVBA) and is a former advisory board member of the Value Builder System in Toronto, Canada. George is an avid outdoorsman. He's hiked many sections of the Appalachian Trail and enjoys downhill ski racing. He is also an accomplished golfer and these days spends time with his wife Cynthia, both certified PADI Advanced Divers, exploring the reefs off the Florida coast, Caribbean, and Bahamas.

Mike Loughrey is the Founder and President of MoveCorp. MoveCorp works with companies through their moving process, whether moving within their current building or to a new address altogether. MoveCorp consults on solutions to make moving as stress-free as possible. MoveCorp handles all aspects of an office move, from IT to furniture installation to furniture liquidation. Before founding MoveCorp, he worked for another major corporate mover in Austin. Mike spent the last 20 years establishing relationships within the corporate real estate community, architect and design industry, and building management community. Before the moving industry, Mike spent 17 years working in the photofinishing industry, working with Fox Photo, Kodak, and Fuji Film.
Mike attended the University of Texas in San Antonio and was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, and golf. Mike is happily married with two daughters.
