Dave Franco

David leads Operations & Finance for AXIOM. He has over 20 years of experience managing, recruiting and delivering training solutions for a wide range of clients of various sizes and industries. David has been an entrepreneurial Learning & Development professional since 1997, when he was part of the management team at Progressive Solutions. In 2002, Dave co-founded AXIOM Training & Consulting Services. In 2013, AXIOM went from a regional training provider to a national presence by bringing in experienced industry partners who enhanced AXIOM's services with a larger resource pool. The partnership gave AXIOM the ability to staff long-term training initiatives with subject matter experts, designers, developers and instructors from around the country.

Deb Lehr

Deb has been teaching Microsoft applications for more than 26 years. She has extensive experience in delivering training in a wide variety of software applications at all skill levels from basic to advanced. Deb delivers virtual training in Microsoft Office applications weekly. She also teaches at 3 different colleges. Specific areas of expertise include Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access.

Herb Blanchard

With 20 years of industry expertise, and a proven track record in L&D talent solutions and human capital management, Herb leads AXIOM's strategic direction by forming and maintaining valuable executive level partnerships for some of the world's leading companies. Over the course of his career, Herb has architected learning solutions in nearly 50 countries and in nearly 30 languages. He has AXIOM positioned as the most relied upon partner of the world�s largest consulting companies for contract learning talent. He has designed one of the largest outsourced learning initiatives in L&D, providing 500 learning consultants training in the field. Herb has spoken at conferences on the contrasts and comparisons of costs for staff and contract learning talent. Herb's client-first philosophy is what makes him a leader in his field and a partner that his clients can rely upon.

Jason Ruff

Jason is a senior executive who leads the marketing and sales enablement efforts for AXIOM. He manages the company's strategic accounts and partnerships. An entrepreneur with more than 20 years business experience, Jason has more than 20 years of experience in human capital and resource management. Since 2009 his focus has been outsourced learning solutions with a strong emphasis in channel partnerships, healthcare, technology, and retail. Jason is the former president and founder of Choice Staffing, a New England based IT staffing company which he sold in 2009.

Kim Sturgis

Kim is a Talent Management and Marketing specialist. She has over 20 years of business support services and marketing experience.

Michele Guarino

Job Titles:

Michele has over 20 years of experience in teaching Microsoft and other applications. She has delivered training and consulting services to businesses across multiple industries including corporate, pharma, financial, government, construction, and law firms. Michele's years of teaching experience enables her to easily assess and adjust to the various skill levels of her students. She combines her own experience with her students to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Michele specializes in Excel, OneDrive, Teams, and Bluebeam.

Monique Ferrecchia

As Finance Administrator, Monique handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, on-boarding new trainers, consultants, and employees, and a variety of other financial and operational functions. Monique has more than 13 years experience working in finance; including more than five years at AXIOM.

Peter Ward

Job Titles:
  • Senior Director, Business Development
Peter is responsible for developing and managing high level client accounts at AXIOM. He brings more than 20 years of sales experience from the high technology industry. He has held Senior and National Account Management roles with some of the nation's leading enterprise IT training vendors supporting both US and international companies. He has worked extensively with global financial institutions, manufacturing, insurance, software development, education and government. His involvement in the IT Training community includes various board positions and extensive volunteerism in organizations that support the development and promotion of the training industry. Peter is a member of the Board of Directors for ATD Bay Colony (in Rhode Island) and the annual ATD New England Area Conference.

Scott Rutherford - CMO

Scott is a marketing and business leader with expertise in business strategy, marketing technologies, content strategy and communications. Scott previously led digital operations and marketing for Training Industry, Inc., where he led the team responsible for web audience development, email marketing, and the Training Industry Conference and Expo in-person and virtual events. Before Training Industry, Scott served as Director of Marketing and Communications for the continuing education and corporate training unit of the University of California, Irvine, where he also served as a course developer and instructor. Scott's prior professional experience includes roles with units of Thomson Corporation, Wolters Kluwer, and as an award-winning reporter in radio news and print. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in marketing communication from Emerson College, an MBA from Babson College and is a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM). He is a an active member and volunteer with the Greater Philadelphia chapter of ATD (ATD-PHL), where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Susan Nabonne Beck

Susan is an award winning learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in e-learning design, development, and strategy. She has extensive experience in creating custom learning solutions with an emphasis on user experience that move the needle. Throughout her career she has lead learning and development teams for Fortune 50 companies that have won Training Magazine's Top 100 awards.

Tammy Sena

Tammy oversees recruiting, on-boarding, and talent management efforts for AXIOM. She also plays a primary role in streamlining AXIOM's back office through our CRM systems and reporting. Prior to joining the AXIOM team, Tammy worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst for 15 years where she managed projects, administered CRM systems, created training materials, and facilitated training. As a former business analyst, she is all about requirements and takes great pride in providing clients with a resource that fulfills all of their needs. Tammy strives to provide the most positive experience for consultants and clients and will always make sure that you hear a smile in her voice.
