Kuhurina is a committee member for past 20 years. She is a professional educationalist specializing in training teachers for special education in India. She oversees educational efforts of the trust for children
Mrinal has been a part of the Bal Asha Trust since 1994. As a Trustee, she monitors the development of programmes closely and provides solutions to the team members. Mrinal is a writer of many books of historical significance. She has been associated with research activities at the Asiatic Society, Mumbai.

Mukta joined Bal Asha Trust in July 2016. As a Trustee, she works on the Trust's strategies and advocates for the cause and sets the organisation's direction. Mukta is an adoptive parent, a successful writer, creative director and producer in the television industry.
Sunil has been part of Bal Asha Trust in various capacities since 1994 before taking up the role of Executive Director. Popularly known as "mama" among Bal Asha children he has grown the organization from a small team to now a team of over 50 dedicated individuals across 6 projects in Maharashtra. He is a guest speaker and expert on adoption serving on various committees.
