Incorporating local ingredients with modern Italian cooking techniques, we have created a variety of familiar dishes with an innovative flair... Bantam Grill is located on the northern end of Monadnock Community Plaza in Peterborough, NH and opened in October 2012. Bantam Grill is the latest project by Chef Harris Welden, who is also the owner and Executive Chef of Pearl Restaurant & Oyster Bar located in the same plaza.
