Frances Hawkins is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in various aspects of nursing, including nurse administration, staff development and community and acute care nursing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dillard University School of Nursing and a Master of Nursing from the Louisiana State University Medical Center School of Nursing in New Orleans. Mrs. Hawkins also has certification credentials in Faith Community Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Nurses Association.
She is a ministry leader and Church Nurse at the Pure Light Baptist Church, New Orleans, as well as a member of the American Nurses Association, the Health Ministries Association, the American Diabetes Association, the Association of Professional Nurses Development and the Dillard University Professional Organization of Nursing (DUPON). She is an experienced advocate of healthcare for the underserved population and has an extensive relationship with community services and faith-based organizations.

Prior to joining BCM as its President & CEO in June 2022, Inman was Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, GA for 14 years. During his tenure, Inman led his church through a $5.5 million capital improvement project, instituted the launch of five new language missions, and deepened the church's involvement with the larger civic community. From 2003 to 2008, he served as the Associate Pastor of Global Impact with First Baptist Church in New Orleans. Among other roles, he coordinated the church's response to the community in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. He served as the first director of the Baptist Crossroads Project, a homebuilding partnership with the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity that recruited over 10,000 volunteers to build many of the homes in Musicians' Village.
A Georgia native, Inman received his Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). Following graduation, he undertook a nine-month internship with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He also received both his Master of Divinity in Christian Thought and his Master of Theology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is presently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry in Executive Leadership at Gateway Seminary in California.

Larry is an ordained Baptist minister with significant ministry experience in congregational and institutional settings. He has served as a pastor and is currently serving as a chaplain in the Army Reserve. He also sits on several boards and committees within his denomination and community.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from American Military University, a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and four units of Clinical Pastoral Education at East Jefferson General Hospital. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a board-certified chaplain with the Board of Chaplaincy Certification, Incorporated (BCCI), an affiliate of the Association of Professional Chaplains.
Larry is married to Anna and is the proud father of one daughter, Eden.
Ms. DeCuir joined the organization in 1995 as an Accountant and rose to the position of Sr. VP/CFO in August of 2010. She has overseen numerous audits, both internal and external, and has managed the accounting department effectively for the past 20 years.
Ms. DeCuir received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, Leadership Louisiana, and she is a Hull Leadership Fellow of the Southeastern Council of Foundations.
DeCuir has been married for 35 years to Joseph DeCuir. They have three children: Michael, Matthew and Raeghan.
