BLOOMFIELD ESTATES IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION

The Bloomfield Estates Improvement Association, Inc. is a voluntary non-profit corporation made up of home owners and property owners in the subdivision. The Association strives to maintain the beauty and charm of our neighborhood. It collects modest annual dues to support its activities. A large part of the Association's role is to ensure continued compliance with the deed restrictions of the subdivision. A copy of the restrictions is posted on this website. Building plans are reviewed for compliance with deed restrictions... We maintain contacts with Bloomfield Township, the City of Bloomfield Hills, and Birmingham to make sure governmental and private activities do not harm members of our subdivision. We contact those jurisdictions and ask for assistance in resolving problems, when necessary.
