A graduate of Clemson University and the Charleston School of Law, Alex worked for a firm specializing in gift/ estate tax advisory services and estate planning in Chicago, IL before returning to South Carolina. He now lives in Powdersville with his wife, two children, and three rescued Labs.

was founded by Bradley K. Richardson in 2006 after spending seven years in private practice with a multiple office firm. He has represented thousands of purchasers and sellers of real estate over his career and has represented several financial institutions in foreclosure and collections matters. Taking care of people is his paramount concern. Brad enjoys working closely with his clients to ensure they receive the attention they deserve when making a life decision as significant as buying a new home. Brad has dedicated his career to practicing real estate law in the Upstate of South Carolina since 2000. His firm, Bradley K. Richardson, P.C. was founded in 2006 with primary attention to residential and commercial real estate law. His primary focus is to ensure his clients receive the attention they deserve by providing trusted counsel when making a life decision as significant as buying real estate property. Brad has been recognized as the top producing agent for WFG National Title Insurance Company for the past 6+ years. He has received multiple opportunities to be a featured speaker for continuing education regarding real estate law, curative title, and foreclosure issues in South Carolina. Currently, he is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the Federal Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. Danny is a South Carolina native from Mount Pleasant. His legal experience began in 2005 and includes a diverse array of capacities that he has filled in both South Carolina and Florida. He obtained his bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from Francis Marion University in Florence, SC, graduating with honors. He subsequently attended the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL. Danny was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2009; he is also a member of the Greenville County Bar Association. Before joining Bradley K. Richardson, PC in 2014, Danny represented The Department of Housing and Urban Development as their designated attorney for the upstate of South Carolina. Danny is married to his wife Bess who also practices law in the Upstate. They have two girls, Emerson and Aubrey with another little girl on the way. Danny enjoys playing tennis, watching Braves baseball, Gamecock and Panthers Football, as well as spending free time with his family at Lake Greenwood or walking around downtown Greenville.

Hunter focuses his practice on residential real estate closings. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Clemson University and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019. With his experience in South Carolina law, Hunter approaches every matter with the ability to identify and focus on critical issues, along with a dedication to work collaboratively with clients in order to serve their needs.

Michael's legal education and experience extend across Columbia, Anderson, and Aiken, South Carolina. He attended the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business in Columbia, where he majored in finance and real estate. He then went on to graduate from the University's School of Law. Since 2013, Michael has committed his time and effort to Bradley Richardson, P.C., where he has focused on real estate law in various capacities, including residential real estate closings, refinances and equity lines, the performance of title reviews, the preparation of title documents and deeds, and the drafting of leases and contracts.

Mike is a native of Greenville, SC and joined Bradley K. Richardson in 2022. He brings vast experience to the table since his admittance to the SC Bar in 1983. Upon closing his private practice of several years, Mike currently participates in daily closings with the Bradley K. Richardson, P.C. team while also handling civil actions to quiet title, and such other civil actions as may be required to cure or resolve title issues and more.

Tanner is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Law School. After law school he went to work at a real estate firm in Seneca, South Carolina. He focuses primarily on real estate law including closings, title review, preparation and review of leases, landlord tenant issues, quiet title actions, foreclosures, property line disputes, and other real estate litigation. Tanner also handles wills, power of attorneys, medical power of attorneys, trusts, petitions to sale, and determination of heirs. Tanner and his wife, Raine, are from Greenwood, South Carolina. Tanner enjoys attending various Clemson sporting events but mainly visiting Death Valley multiple times a year.
