Hi, my name is Carrie and I'm one of the hygienists at Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry. I graduated from Ferris State University in 2001, I've been a hygienist for over 20 years and I love every minute of it! I started working for Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry in 2013. I enjoy the quality time spent educating my patients about their oral hygiene needs, and my favorite part of my job is developing a long lasting relationship with my patients.

Hey there! I am Margo, a dental assistant to Dr. Jenicke. I started in the dental field in 2014 in orthodontics, where I received all on the job training which carried me over here in July of 2019 and I am very happy to be here to serve you! My favorite things about dentistry include seeing procedures evolve from start to finish, and all the progress that happens in between. It is very rewarding to assist in giving you your most brilliant smile, and I love that Dr. Jenicke is here for exactly that, while always deeply caring about the well-being of her patients.
Outside of working in this office full of spunky ladies, I love DJ'ing my own loud music while I exercise (spin biking and running), telling corny jokes, going golfing, and spending time in my PJs at home with a huge bowl of popcorn watching movies. I was born and raised in Falmouth, but now reside in tiny Lucas with my two loving cats Xena and Hoosier. I can't wait to meet you and find a little bit out about you also!
Hello, my name is Mary! I've been a hygienist for over 19 years and have been practicing with Dr. Jenicke since April 2012. I enjoy educating our patients by explaining dental conditions an dental procedures. Taking that little extra time to educate our patients really helps them gain a better understanding of the overall health of their mouth.

Hi there! My name is Nicole, and I'm the office manager at Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry. I'm passionate about being a patient advocate. I take great pride in making sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently, with patient care being of the utmost importance. I'm always happy to answer your questions regarding your account and/or insurance benefits. I find it rewarding to calm fears, answer questions and help make treatment possible. There's nothing like that satisfied look on a patient's face when they've navigated the sometimes confusing world of insurance/financing and the unknown of treatment, to come out the other end with an even bigger, better smile! It's important to me to make sure our patients are able to receive the excellent quality dentistry they need and deserve.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two grandsons. I also love being outdoors, caring for my chickens and traveling.
Hello, my name is Shalyn, I'm one of the Dental Assistants at Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry. From my first day, I knew I made the right choice joining this team and I feel blessed to be here. I couldn't imagine a better or more positive working environment. I graduated in 2013 from Ross Medical Education Center in Grand Rapids and I've been working in the dental field ever since. My favorite part about working in dentistry is that every day there is a new experience and another opportunity to ensure that our patients feel comfortable and leave happy. I live in Reed City on a small lake w/ my husband, Trevor, and our three spoiled rotten fur babies.
