Designed for the smaller person to be able to defend themselves against a larger or stronger aggressor, with option of not having to hurt the other person. With our different programs, specifically learned and studied from the Carlson Gracie Lineage, we are able to accommodate all ages and levels. Our programs help instill in our students compassion, truthfulness, loyalty, honor, courage, respect and discipline. It is the backbone of our academy.
