BYRDSONG CONSORT

Founded in 2002 and based in Eugene, Oregon, Byrdsong Consort started out by specializing in instrumental music from the late Middle Ages and Renaissance through the early Baroque for both full and mixed consort. The group has since expanded its repertoire to include original arrangements of English country dance tunes, folk songs from England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, and settings by contemporary songwriters and musicians. ...
