Business is Jammin' (BIJ) is a province-wide charitable initiative that focuses on motivating Black and racially visible minority youth. BIJ stresses the importance of education and personal development in all of its programs. BIJ's goals are to deliver a comprehensive enterprise and entrepreneurship learning strategy. We also aim to instill business skills that will offer long-term benefits to young people in Nova Scotia and across the Atlantic Provinces... BIJ shapes youth into vibrant members of the business community. We work with young people through a range of educational, social, mentorship, and financial support programs. Our ultimate goal is to build their business acumen and leadership skills. In the last decade, we've engaged thousands of program participants. BIJ has inspired them to stay in school, start up their own business ventures, and to bring an exceptional level of professionalism to any workplace.
