Kym Hood joined Calnan Property in 2015 as a part time Property Consultant. In her first year, Kym was awarded Part Time Sales Person of The Year and invited to speak at the annual Real Estate Seminar, under an Australia wide ethics based training system. Kym quickly progressed to become a highly successful full time Property Consultant which she enjoyed for many years. Kym has recently transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager at Calnan Property, for both the Sales and Property Management teams.
Kym's positive attitude, professionalism and attention to detail, give her a competitive edge when negotiating contracts. Kym has earned a reputation for expert industry knowledge and is well known for helping her clients maximise their return on investment. Her results driven approach and swift problem solving skills leave each Calnan Property client with positive experiences and raving reviews. Kym's passion for Real Estate is based on her love of people and property, particularly in future development potential and subdivisions. With an eye for detail and design, Kym enjoys pursuing her love of couture dressmaking during her spare time. A mum of two teenagers, Kym can be found spending the rest of her days with her family, fishing, boating, walking her dog and cooking up a storm.
Oscar Seel is an up-and-coming Property Consultant at Calnan Property, where he brings his passion for real estate and his family's background in the industry. With a diverse portfolio of properties sold ranging from $200,000 to $1.5 million and beyond Oscar has demonstrated his ability to navigate the full spectrum of the Perth real estate market.
Having grown up around real estate, Oscar was exposed to listings, sales, and property management from an early age. His passion for the industry stems from its fast-paced and ever-changing nature. Oscar believes that you can never get complacent in real estate, and there's always something new to learn and experience.
In his free time, Oscar enjoys surfing with friends, watching football games, and taking trips down south.
A born and bred Applecross resident, Rhys Calnan has lived and breathed real estate from a very young age. The third son to founder Ross Calnan, Rhys enjoyed growing up in a family who owned such a prominent Applecross real estate agency. After spending some time overseas in Winnipeg & Toronto, Rhys has since returned to Perth and the family business to take on the responsibility as Director and Licensee at Calnan Property.
Through his attention to detail, commitment and unwavering dedication to always put his client's needs first, Rhys has built a solid foundation as a real estate agent and director in the Perth property market community. With over 15 years experience at Calnan Property, he has assisted various clients throughout WA find their forever home time and time again. Ross Calnan has been a powerhouse within the real estate industry since 1981 after meeting his wife and serving in the navy for 10 years. He began his professional real estate career at a local Perth agency before purchasing his very first franchise in 1985. Fast forward to 1990, Ross began what was then known as Calnan-Baxter with his wife and business partner. In 2008, Ross was proud to welcome son, Rhys, into the family business and renamed the real estate agency to what is now known as Calnan Property.

Property Manager Stefan Mare has been a part of the Calnan Property team since 2015. He began his real estate career as a Personal Assistant while studying Architecture at UWA. With his eye for detail and meticulous attention, Stefan quickly learnt the ropes of the real estate world and left architecture for the organised structure of property management.
As Calnan Property's Trust Accountant and Property Manager, Stefan prides himself on client satisfaction with every encounter, earning 5 star reviews with each interaction! Wendy Logan is a passionate property consultant with over 25 years experience in the property industry including sales and property management. In addition to her outstanding understanding of the Perth market, Wendy is known for her professionalism, integrity and genuine approach to both buyers and sellers.
While spending five years in Sumatra with her family, Wendy spent time raising awareness and funds for local children and the Riau Elephant Park before returning to Perth to join the Calnan Property team. Now four years in, she continues to impress the community and her clients with her giving attitude and exceptional property consultant skills. With her friendly personality and professional enthusiasm, Wendy creates long standing client relationships that extend beyond property consulting.
