J. Roberto Cardenas was admitted to practice law in 1995. Since that time he ​has been a criminal defense attorney practicing in both the Federal and State Courts. More recently, he has brought his litigation experience to the field of Commercial Litigation at both the Federal and State level. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals 2nd and 3rd Circuits, the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York State, the Washington District of Columbia, and the Northern District of Texas as well as all the courts of New York State. He has also practiced in the states of Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Florida.
