Dr. Kupcis was President & COO then CEO of Ontario Hydro from 1993 to 1997 and has considerable experience serving on the Boards of Directors of a number of major renewable energy organizations, and on university faculty Advisory Boards. Dr Kupcis received his PhD at the University of Toronto and attended Oxford University, England on a NATO Scholarship for Post-Doctorate studies
David Toole has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Canexxus Geothermal and its predecessor company Hellenic Geothermal Holdings since 2007.
From 1976 to 2002 David Toole was an owner and President CEO of Synexus Global Inc (SGI). At the time of David's 2002 retirement, SGI was a world leading supplier of Operational and Maintenance computerized systems for the hydro-electric generation industry with operations in Brazil, Venezuela, Panama (Panama Canal), USA, Canada, Europe, Iran, Turkey, Indonesia and mainland China. Mr. Toole holds an MBA and attended the PhD program at The Richard Ivey School of Business.
Professor Emeritus of Geophysics at York University. Dr. Aldridge received his Ph.D. in Geology and Geophysics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr Aldridge has held the positions of professeur invité of the Institute of France at the Laboratoire du Midi and visiting Fellow, St. Catherine's College, and Oxford University.

Edwin Lim is Executive Vice President of Sustainability and Building Sciences with Pinchin Environmental, a major Canadian Environmental Consulting firm. Prior to joining Pinchin, he was Vice President of Energy and Sustainability with Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls, responsible for assisting its clients in reducing the environmental footprint of their infrastructure portfolios. Edwin holds an Electrical Engineering degree (Queen's University) and a MBA (Richard Ivey School of Business)
Dr. Carr was founding CEO of the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) from 2005 to 2009, and prior to OPA Dr. Carr was Vice Chair of the Ontario Energy Board and an energy industry consultant for over 20 years on projects worldwide. Dr Carr has also been a Director of a publically-traded generation company and of a privately-held infrastructure fund.
John Tingas is a senior Petroleum (Drilling, Reservoir, Production and Geothermal) Engineer with 35 years world-wide diversified experience of both technical and economic issues. Dr. Tingas has worked for a number of international operators, from major oil companies to small independent petroleum companies and national oil companies managing a large number of engineering projects in a number of countries.
Meletios Hadzis is an internationally chartered geothermal Geologist with over 25 years expertise in the assessment and confirmation of geothermal resources. He has worked on geothermal projects throughout Greece as senior member of the Institute for Geological and Mineral Exploration.

Stelios Logothetis has been an independent consultant and associate of private enterprises on Renewable Sources of Energy installations and geothermy in Greece for the past 15 years. Mr. Logothetis is completely familiar with the Aegean geothermal concession.
As well as being CFO at Canexxus Geothermal Corporation, Wally Markham is President of Tyringham Investments, a privately-held investment holding company. Previously he held senior financial positions at some of Canada's top companies and government agencies. Mr. Markham is a CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
