Cesar Sevilla, owner of Cesar's Cast Nets started designing Cast Nets since 1997, inspired from the knowledge he acquired from his own country Honduras. Cesar started his first steps in the Cast Nets world by visiting fishing marines, fishing stores and fishing guides traveling all over South Florida from north to south covering the whole Florida State.
