Dan Glenn is a Healthcare Construction Project Manager for CCS. Prior to joining CCS, Dan was Director of Facilities at UF Health Jacksonville. He is a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager from the American Hospital Association.

Jeff Pickering is the Assistant Paint Manager for CCS and joined the team in December 2022. Prior to joining CCS, Jeff was a member of the Coast Guard (most recently serving as the Office in Charge of Search and Rescue at Mayport), the owner a painting business focused on historic renovation in Jacksonville's Springfield and Riverside areas, a Field Manager at Performance Painting, and the Paint and Waterproofing Division Manager at Metro Property Services.

Before joining CCS, Richard worked as the Director of Facilities at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital. He is a Journeyman Electrician and National Fire Prevention Association Member.
