We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all rental activities. However, if we need to cancel due to weather or lake conditions, we will alert you as soon as possible. At that point, we will discuss options... We are located at 31st Street Harbor. Our exact location is at the south end of the harbor opposite of the beach.
